Scope and Who Controls Your Data

This policy applies to personal information processed through igsmmpanel.org, the user dashboard, order system, API, support tickets, contact forms and related services. References to “IGSMMPanel,” “we,” “our” or “us” mean the operator of the IGSMMPanel service.

IGSMMPanel is responsible for deciding how personal data collected directly through our platform is used. Some external companies, including payment providers, may act as separate controllers for information they collect directly under their own privacy policies.

Services Covered This policy covers visitors, registered users, API customers, resellers and people who contact our support team.
02

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the platform. We try to limit collection to information reasonably needed to operate accounts, process orders, secure the service and provide support.

  • Account information: username, email address, account credentials, language preference and account status.
  • Order information: public Instagram usernames, profile links, post links, reel links, story links, selected service, quantity, order status and refill or cancellation requests.
  • Payment information: payment method, amount, currency, transaction reference, payment status and information required to investigate a failed or disputed transaction.
  • Support information: ticket messages, contact form submissions, attachments and any order details you choose to provide.
  • Technical information: Internet Protocol address, browser, device type, operating system, referring page, access time, login activity and basic diagnostic information.
  • API information: API key identifier, request time, requested endpoint, order parameters, response status and security logs.
  • Cookie information: session identifiers, preferences, consent choices and analytics data where such tools are enabled.
Do Not Send Private Login Data Never send us your Instagram password, verification code, recovery code or private account credentials. Standard services require only a public link or username.
03

How and Why We Use Information

We process information only when there is a valid operational or legal reason. The applicable basis may depend on your location and the nature of the interaction.

Purpose Information Used Typical Legal Basis
Account creation and authentication Email, username, account credentials and login records Performance of a contract and platform security
Order processing Public Instagram link, service, quantity and order status Performance of a contract
Payment handling Amount, payment method, transaction reference and payment status Performance of a contract and legal obligations
Customer support Ticket messages, contact information and relevant order details Performance of a contract and legitimate interests
Fraud prevention and security Internet Protocol address, login attempts, device and transaction signals Legitimate interests and legal obligations
Service improvement Aggregated usage, diagnostic and performance information Legitimate interests or consent where required
Optional marketing Email address and communication preferences Consent or another lawful basis permitted locally

We may also use aggregated or anonymized information to understand service demand, identify technical problems and improve platform performance. Information that no longer identifies an individual is not treated as personal data where local law permits.

04

Instagram Orders and Service Suppliers

To process an order, we need the public Instagram link or username entered by the user. Depending on the selected service, the required information may refer to a profile, post, reel, story or other public content.

Some services are fulfilled through technical suppliers or service providers. When necessary, we may send the supplier the minimum information required to complete the order, such as:

  • The public profile or content link.
  • The service category and requested quantity.
  • An internal order reference.
  • Delivery instructions needed for the selected service.
Minimum Necessary Information Suppliers do not need your IGSMMPanel account password or your Instagram password to process a standard service order.

Public Instagram content may remain visible through Instagram independently of our platform. Removing an order from your dashboard does not remove the original content from Instagram.

05

Payments and Financial Information

Payments may be processed by banks, card processors, cryptocurrency gateways or other payment providers. The provider may collect payment card, bank, wallet, billing or identity information directly under its own terms and privacy policy.

IGSMMPanel normally receives limited transaction information, such as the amount, currency, payment status, processor name and transaction reference. We do not need to receive complete card numbers or card security codes when the payment page is operated by an external processor.

Payment and transaction records may be used to credit your balance, investigate failed payments, process eligible refunds, prevent fraud, respond to chargebacks and comply with accounting or legal requirements.

External Payment Pages Before paying, review the name and privacy information of the payment provider shown on the checkout page.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar browser technologies help the website remember sessions, protect accounts, store preferences and understand how the platform performs.

Essential Cookies

These cookies support functions such as signing in, maintaining a secure session, remembering language choices, preventing abuse and keeping the shopping or ordering process operational. Blocking them may stop important parts of the dashboard from working.

Preference and Analytics Cookies

Preference cookies may remember settings. Analytics technologies may help us understand page use, errors and performance. Where consent is legally required, nonessential technologies should not be activated until the user has made a valid choice.

Managing Cookies

You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie preference control available on the website. Removing session cookies may sign you out of your account.

07

When Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may share limited information with trusted recipients when it is reasonably necessary to operate the platform or comply with law.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate servers, storage, content delivery or security systems.
  • Payment providers that process deposits, refunds, transaction checks or disputes.
  • Service suppliers that require a public link and order details to fulfill a selected service.
  • Email, support and communication providers that help deliver account notices and support messages.
  • Analytics and security providers used to measure performance, detect abuse or investigate technical issues.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, legal advisers, auditors or insurers where reasonably required.
  • Courts, regulators or authorities when disclosure is required by valid law, legal process or a legitimate request.
  • A successor organization if the platform is reorganized, merged, acquired or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

International Data Transfers

Some providers or suppliers may process information in countries different from your own. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards for such transfers.

08

Data Retention and Security

How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The period may depend on account activity, order status, support needs, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting requirements and applicable law.

  • Account information may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Order and transaction records may be retained where necessary for support, refunds, accounting, disputes and legal compliance.
  • Security and technical logs are usually kept for a shorter operational period unless they are needed for an investigation.
  • Support records may be retained to maintain context, resolve recurring issues and document previous requests.

How We Protect Information

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures selected according to the nature and risk of the information. These measures may include encrypted connections, access restrictions, account controls, monitoring, backups and security reviews.

No website, network or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should use a unique password, protect access to their email account and notify support promptly if they suspect unauthorized account activity.

California Privacy Choices

Where California privacy law applies, an eligible consumer may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to receive equal service when exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information for money, there is no monetary sale to opt out of under our stated practices.

How to Submit a Request

Submit a request through our contact form or an authenticated support ticket. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity and account ownership before disclosing, changing or deleting data.

Some requests may be limited where we must retain information for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal claims or another lawful reason.

10

API Users, Resellers and Client Data

API customers and resellers may submit orders for their own clients. When you provide a profile, username or content link belonging to another person, you confirm that you are authorized to submit that information and use the selected service.

API logs may contain the request time, endpoint, service identifier, quantity, submitted link, response status and limited security information. These records help us authenticate requests, process orders, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and resolve billing or delivery questions.

  • Keep API keys private and do not expose them in public code or browser scripts.
  • Use separate access controls for staff who manage customer orders.
  • Collect only the client information needed for the requested service.
  • Provide your own customers with appropriate privacy information where required.
  • Notify us promptly if an API key may have been exposed or misused.
Protect Your API Key An API key can allow orders to be created from your balance. Treat it with the same care as an account password.
11

Children, External Sites and Updates

Age Requirement

IGSMMPanel is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

External Websites and Instagram

Our website may link to Instagram, payment providers or other external websites. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own policies. IGSMMPanel does not control the privacy practices of independent external services.

Automated Security Checks

Automated signals may be used to identify suspicious logins, unusual API activity, fraudulent payments, duplicate orders or platform abuse. These checks are intended to protect users and the service. We do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on ordinary users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, technology or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the dashboard or another appropriate channel.
