Is IG SMM Panel safe to use?
Yes, IG SMM Panel is safe to use when you follow the service instructions carefully. We never ask for your Instagram password. For most services, you only need to submit your Instagram profile, post, reel, story, or video link.
Do I need to provide my Instagram password?
No, you do not need to provide your Instagram password. IG SMM Panel only requires the correct Instagram link or username depending on the service. Never share your Instagram password with anyone.
Should my Instagram account be public before ordering?
Yes, for most Instagram services your account, post, reel, story, or video must be public until the order is fully completed. If your account is private, the system may not be able to deliver the service correctly.
Are the Instagram followers, likes, and views real?
Service quality depends on the selected service. Some services are designed for high-quality Instagram engagement, while others are more affordable and may have different retention rates. Always read the service name and description before placing an order.
To place an order, log in to your IG SMM Panel account, add funds, choose the Instagram service you want, enter the correct link or username, enter the quantity, and submit your order. You can track the order status from your dashboard.
Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9 000 and the remaining 1 000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1 000 (1$ in this example).
What does Pending status mean?
Pending status means your order has been placed successfully and is waiting to start. Some Instagram services may take a little time before they begin. Please check the service description for the estimated start time.
What does Processing status mean?
Processing status means your order has been received by the system and is being prepared for delivery. Once delivery starts, the status may change depending on the service.
What does In Progress status mean?
In Progress status means your Instagram order has started and is currently being delivered. Please wait until the order is completed before placing another order for the same link using the same service.
What does Completed status mean?
Completed status means the order has been marked as completed by the system. If you believe the full quantity was not delivered, please wait a little and then contact support with your order ID.
What does Canceled status mean?
Canceled status means the order could not be processed or was canceled by the system. If an order is canceled, the charged amount is usually returned to your IG SMM Panel balance automatically.
Why has my order not started yet?
Some Instagram services need time to start. The start time can vary depending on the selected service, order quantity, server load, and Instagram updates. Please check the service description before opening a ticket.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Delivery speed may vary based on the service, quantity, current demand, and Instagram limitations. Large orders may take longer to complete. Please do not place duplicate orders for the same Instagram link while the first order is still active.
Can I cancel an order after submitting it?
You can cancel an order only if the selected service supports cancellation and the order has not already started. If the order is already in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I change the link or quantity after placing an order?
No, after an order is submitted, the link and quantity usually cannot be changed. Please check your Instagram link and quantity carefully before placing the order.
What happens if I enter the wrong Instagram link?
If you enter the wrong Instagram link, the order may be delivered to the wrong profile, post, reel, or video. IG SMM Panel may not be able to cancel, change, or refund orders submitted with incorrect links.
Can I place multiple orders for the same Instagram link?
It is better not to place multiple orders for the same Instagram link using the same service while the first order is still active. This may cause delays, incorrect counting, or delivery issues.
Drip feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.
Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes, you will put
Link: Your Post Link
Quantity: 100
Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc…)
Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)
P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs),
Example if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000).
Also never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a fail in your order).
When should I use Drip Feed?
Drip Feed is useful when you want your Instagram followers, likes, views, or other engagement to be delivered gradually instead of all at once. This can help make the delivery look more natural.
Does drip feed work with mass order / or with API?
Drip Feed doesn't work with neither "Mass Order" nor API.

Let’s say you want to use the Mass Order to add Instagram Followers to your 3 accounts: abcd, asdf, qwer
From the Services List the service ID for this service “Instagram Followers [High Quality - Refill Available]” is 3740
Let’s say you want to add 1000 followers for each account, the output will be like this:

Refill means that if some delivered Instagram followers, likes, views, or other engagement drop within the refill period, you may be able to request a free refill depending on the service terms.
Which services include refill?
Only services that mention refill in the service name or description include refill support. If a service does not mention refill, it should be considered a no-refill service.
What does r30, r60, or r365 mean?
These labels usually show the refill period. For example, r30 means 30 days refill, r60 means 60 days refill, and r365 means 365 days refill. The exact refill rules depend on the selected service.
Cancel button / Refill button is not working for me?
The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order, it doesn't work instantly, it's just a trigger, sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need refill.
Why am I not eligible for a refill?
You may not be eligible for a refill if the refill period has ended, the service does not include refill, the Instagram username was changed, the post was deleted, the account became private, or the drop is outside the service rules.
Can I get a refund instead of a refill?
In most cases, refill services are handled by refill, not refund. Refunds are usually only applied when an order is canceled, partially completed, or cannot be delivered by the system.

What payment methods does IG SMM Panel accept?
IG SMM Panel supports the payment methods available on the Add Funds page. Available payment methods may vary depending on your account status, country, and payment provider availability.
Do you accept Credit Card Payments?

When can you activate my PayPal?
PayPal is only Active for users who spent 250 USD and More.if you already spent that much and you cant see it please contact us via: Tickets.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
If cryptocurrency payment is available on your Add Funds page, you can use it to add balance to your IG SMM Panel account. Please always send the exact amount to the correct wallet address shown on the payment page.
My crypto payment has not been added to my balance. What should I do?
Crypto payments may need network confirmations before they are added to your balance. If your payment is confirmed but not added, please open a ticket and include the transaction hash, payment amount, payment method, and your IG SMM Panel username.
Can I withdraw unused balance?
Account balance is usually used for ordering services inside IG SMM Panel and may not be withdrawable. Please check our terms or contact support before adding funds if you are unsure.
Where can I find my API key?
You can find your API key inside your IG SMM Panel account. Keep your API key private and never share it publicly. Anyone with access to your API key may be able to place orders from your balance.
Does IG SMM Panel offer an API?
Yes, IG SMM Panel offers API access for resellers, developers, and website owners who want to connect their own platform to our services. You can use the API to place orders, check order status, and get the service list.
Can I use IG SMM Panel API for my own SMM website?
Yes, you can connect your own SMM website to IG SMM Panel using our API. This is useful if you want to resell Instagram services to your own customers while using IG SMM Panel as your provider.
How often should I update my service list through API?
It is recommended to update your service list regularly because prices, minimum and maximum quantities, service availability, and descriptions may change. This helps your reseller website stay accurate.

Can support speed up my order?
Support can check your order status, but in many cases the delivery speed depends on the selected Instagram service, current server load, and service limits. If your order is delayed more than expected, please open a ticket.
