Policy at a Glance

Four Points to Remember

Pending Orders Cancellation may be possible before delivery begins.
Started Orders Processing or delivered orders normally cannot be cancelled.
Panel Balance Approved unused amounts return to the account balance.
Support Review A cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
01 Check the Order Status

Pending orders have the best chance of being cancelled before delivery starts.

02 Use the Cancel Button

When a Cancel button appears in the dashboard, use it before contacting support.

03 Do Not Place Duplicates

Wait for the first order to finish or be cancelled before ordering the same link again.

04 Check the Link First

Confirm the username, content link and account visibility before submitting the order.

01

When an Order May Be Cancelled

An order may be eligible for cancellation when delivery has not started and one of the following conditions applies:

  • The order is still marked as Pending.
  • A Cancel button is available beside the order.
  • Support confirms that the order has not yet been sent for processing.
  • The selected service is unavailable and the order cannot be restarted or completed.
Best Time to Request Cancellation Submit the request immediately after noticing an incorrect order and before its status changes to Processing.
02

When Cancellation Is Not Available

Digital Instagram services may begin automatically. Once delivery has started, the order may no longer be reversible.

  • Orders marked as Processing, In progress, Completed or Partial.
  • Orders where followers, likes, views or another service have already started arriving.
  • Orders submitted with an incorrect username, profile link or content link.
  • Orders affected because the account was made private, renamed, deleted or restricted.
  • Duplicate or overlapping orders placed for the same link at the same time.
  • Orders placed through the API after they have already been transmitted for processing.
  • A change of mind after the service has started.
Review Before Confirming Check the service, quantity and link carefully. A submitted order cannot always be stopped.
03

Delayed or Stuck Orders

A delayed order is not automatically considered cancelled. Start times vary between services and should be checked in the service description before submitting a request.

  • Wait until the stated start time has passed.
  • Submit one support ticket with the correct order ID.
  • Support may restart the order, update its status or cancel the unused portion.
  • Do not place a second order for the same link while the first order is under review.

Repeated tickets do not speed up the review and may make the order history more difficult to investigate.

04

Credit After an Approved Cancellation

When a cancellation is approved, the unused amount is normally returned to the user's IGSMMPanel account balance. This balance can be used for another service.

  • Any completed or delivered portion remains chargeable.
  • A partial order receives credit only for the undelivered quantity.
  • Panel balance is not automatically withdrawn to a card, bank account or cryptocurrency wallet.
  • Payment reversals are handled separately under the applicable payment and refund rules.
Account Credit Check your panel balance after the order status changes to Cancelled or Partial.
05

How to Request Cancellation

01 Check Your Dashboard

Use the Cancel button when it is available beside the order.

02 Open One Ticket

If no button appears, submit the order ID through the support ticket system.

03 Wait for Review

Keep the link unchanged while support checks whether cancellation is still possible.

A cancellation request is not a confirmation. The order is cancelled only when its dashboard status changes to Cancelled or support confirms the result.

06

API and Reseller Orders

Orders placed through the API follow the same cancellation rules as dashboard orders. Resellers are responsible for checking their client links, quantities and service selection before sending the request.

When the API provides a cancellation endpoint, approval still depends on the current order status and whether processing has already started.
