How Refill Coverage Works

Applies only when a refill term is shown

When a service includes refill coverage, the panel records the follower count at the beginning of the order. Eligible drops within the stated period can be restored up to 100 percent of the delivered quantity, unless the service is specifically marked Unlimited. Open the order history and use the refill button to submit a request. Services marked Auto Refill process eligible drops automatically.

Once per 24 hours: A new manual refill request can be submitted after the previous request interval has passed.
Auto Refill: Automatic replacement is included only when the service line explicitly states Auto Refill.
Coverage limit: Drops outside the refill period and No Refill services are not covered.

Cancellation and Balance Refunds

Returned amounts go to your panel balance

Cancellation depends on the status of the service and whether the supplier can stop the remaining delivery. When an order is fully cancelled, the complete order value is returned to your panel balance. When part of the order has already been delivered, only the value of the undelivered quantity is returned.

Full cancellation: The complete order amount returns to your account balance.
Partial cancellation: The delivered portion remains charged and the unfinished portion is returned.
Service dependent: Cancellation is available only while the remaining delivery can still be stopped.
Keep Your Instagram Profile Public Until Delivery Finishes

If the profile becomes private while the order is running, followers may arrive as hidden follow requests. The panel cannot detect or separate those requests, and the order can be marked completed without a way to resend them.
