The order has been accepted by the panel and is waiting to enter the processing queue. Delivery has not necessarily started.
Small details make a major difference. A valid public link and a stable target help prevent delays, failed delivery and unnecessary support requests.
Most orders only need time to complete. Review the service start time and dashboard status before opening a ticket.
Open a Support TicketCompare the waiting time with the service description. If the stated start time has not passed, keep the target public and wait. Contact support when the delay is clearly longer than the normal start time.
Keep the target unchanged and check the order status. Temporary pauses can occur during delivery. Submit one ticket with the order ID when the order remains unchanged beyond the expected time.
Check whether the selected service includes refill coverage. Eligible requests must be submitted within the stated refill period while the profile and target remain public.
Check whether a Cancel button is available immediately. Once processing starts, the order may no longer be reversible. Review the Cancellation Policy for the applicable rules.
Partial means part of the requested quantity was delivered but the remaining amount could not be completed. The cost of the undelivered portion is normally returned to your panel balance.
